My building career started the same way most do — early mornings, strong coffee, and travelling between building sites. Over 20 years, that journey took me from site hand to running my own building company — delivering some of the most demanding projects I am genuinely proud of.
But somewhere along the way, I noticed something that nobody really talked about.
"For every hour spent building, there was another spent wrestling with paperwork."
Chasing titles. Copying and pasting the same details into different forms. Jumping between portals, platforms, and PDFs — all before anything actually got signed. It was slow, it was repetitive, and honestly, it was the part of the job that nobody got into building for.
I couldn't find a solution, so I worked with some of the smartest people to build one. Buildforms was created with you in mind — we know exactly which forms you need, where the data comes from, and how many steps it takes to get a document signed. Every feature exists because at some point, I felt the frustration myself.
I'm genuinely grateful for everything the building industry gave me. And this is my way of giving something back.
